Belcher Wins 4th Annual KC Cole Memorial at Penn Can Speedway

Susquehanna, Pa: The Close Racing Supply NY/Penn IMCA Modified Series made its return to Penn Can Speedway in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, on Friday, July 31, 2026, for the 4th Annual KC Cole Memorial, with the night’s feature event proudly sponsored by Hunter Peterbilt of Scranton, Pa.
The evening opened with a pair of competitive heat races. Keith Lamphere drove the 98K to the Heat 1 victory, while Tyler Stoddard picked up the Heat 2 win in the 23. Point leader, Charlie Fulton (M64) did not start Heat 2 but returned to compete in the feature after making repairs.
The Dash 4 Cash race presented by the Cole Family, saw the 7B of Tyler Belcher take the checkers, followed by Tyler Stoddard (23), and Keith Lamphere (98K).
When the green flag waved for the Hunter Peterbilt-sponsored feature, Belcher started from the pole and pace the field for the opening laps. Keith Lamphere got by Belcher on lap 13. Belcher retook the lead after a lap 16 caution. Belcher put together a dominant performance, to capture the prestigious KC Cole Memorial victory. Keith Lamphere rallied to finish second, while Michael Roach turned in one of the drives of the night, advancing from ninth to finish third. Jakub Ingham crossed the stripe in fourth, with Jason Benjamin rounding out the top five.
The 4th Annual KC Cole Memorial once again produced exciting racing and a strong field of IMCA Modifieds. Tyler Belcher’s flawless drive earned him his second series win of the season in the Close Racing Supply NY/Penn IMCA Modified Series, while fans were treated to another memorable night of racing at Penn Can Speedway.
